my:concept design and drafting are able to assist developers with both preliminary concept plans or fully developed designs to assist with land division projects. We check the relevant planning policies and associated design criteria as outlined in the Planning and Design code (Plan SA).

We also liaise  with the Local Authority to determine if the concept plans are likely to address all of the development policies and overlays that are required to obtain development approval.
